COVID-19 Protocols

Above all, we value the safety of our patients and our team. We currently go above and beyond the guidelines set forth by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.

Arrival

We will complete a screening form prior to admitting you to the clinical area. Anyone deemed as “high risk” will have their appointment moved at least ten (10) days in the future
We kindly request that all patients continue to wear masks in our common areas
Reception area seats, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times daily

Clinic Protocols

Please attempt to maintain 2 meter social distancing between other clients whenever possible
All operatories are equipped with state-of-the art Austin Air HEPA filtration units
All operatories have closed doors to ensure that aerosols are contained within the treatment area

Reception

All high-touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times daily
Our full-width plexiglass barrier ensures reduced contact
Hand sanitizer stations will be provided at the front desk at throughout the clinic
